In order to improve findability in the study list, there are several filtering options available:
- Filtering by business line
- Filtering by label
- Filtering both by Business line and Label
- View my studies
Filtering by business line
All studies created can be assigned to one or more business lines.
From the study list, users can filter by business line. The filtered choices will be remembered by the browser.
If multiple business lines are selected in the filter, the studies displayed will be studies belonging to ANY of the business lines.
Filtering by label
Users are also able to create their own labels on the create or edit study dialog. Labels are fully customisable and case-sensitive.
To create a label, start typing on the label field. Previously created labels will be shown as suggestions. Click on any suggestion to add it. If the label does not yet exist, finish typing and press the enter key. New labels will be added.
From the study list, users can filter by labels. All labels available will show in a dropdown. This filter will be remembered by the browser.
If multiple labels are selected in the filter, the studies displayed will be studies belonging to ANY of the labels.
Filtering both by Business line and Label
When combining different filters, they will be inclusive of each other. For example Business line Digital is selected
and label EIA and Air Quality are selected.
The study list will display only Studies from the Business line digital that contain the Label EIA or Air quality.
View my studies
The study list displays all studies created at RHDHV. To be able to quickly get to your studies, the switch "view my studies only" should be on by default. The list will then display only studies where you have the manager or inspector role.
When this switch is turned off, you will be able to see all studies created within the company. This allows you to see what others have created and see its administrators. However, you cannot access studies where you do not have rights.
