To access this information, you need to login with a Royal HaskoningDHV account. Royal HaskoningDHV manages user access via its Smart Society platform.
In case you are an external customer, please check the page "Request an account".
Royal HaskoningDHV users can login with their company email address.
If you already have a Smart Society account, you can login via the LOGIN button on the top right of this page and, when prompted, select that you are a Customer

Your ticket status and ticket history
