Templates are where you as domain expert standardise what should go into an activity. The structure from a domain expert point of view is like this:

Start by creating assets and sorting them into categories.
Properties: types
Next, create properties for each asset. They will define the questions appearing on the studies.
The answers of these questions will be used in the final report.
