What is an Activiity?


An activity is based on a template. A template is a standardised document (a deliverable to a client) built by subject matter experts in your knowledge group. When you use a template it is referred to as an activity.


By adding an activity you allow your project members to fill out the underlying standardised template.


There are many activities. For instance an activity to create a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) or an activity to generate a Building Execution Plan.



Instructions To Find Activities



Step 1: Add or enter a project


Step 2: Find an activity by providing a search term:

  • Click "Add Activity" in the top right corner
  • Enter a search term in the input box
  • Hit enter. Kes will search for the search term.


Step 3: Add the activity to your project

  • Click the number of times you will need the activity in  your project
  • When done, click "Add Activities" at the bottom


You have now added activities based on standardised templates to your project.
